Step 2 — Make Your Choice
Beginner
Little ones (starting as young as age 2) will be able to:
- Use a dull knife with confidence
- Make an entire recipe on their own
- Contribute to family meals
- Skills taught: Pouring, Spreading, Sorting, Peeling, Measuring and more…
Intermediate
Kids who have Beginner skill experience (some measuring, pouring, dull knife skills) will be able to:
- Cut simple foods with sharp knives
- Follow nearly any recipe independently
- Work at the stove safely
- Begin to show creativity in seasoning their food
Advanced
Older kids with Intermediate Level mastery (following a recipe, stove skills, sharp knife basics) will be able to:
- Use a chef’s knife proficiently
- Feel confidence using an oven
- Make entire meals on their own
- Create their own dishes with unique seasoning
