Parents! Kids Eat Real Food and the P.E.P. Club is totally different from our Kids Cook Real Food eCourse. This is just for parents to get information (in 5-10 minute bites, I might add, totally easy to consume!) and implement in your home. You don’t even have to let your kids know you’re doing it — I might recommend that you don’t and just watch what happens.

Your kids will keep changing, and their eating needs will too. What you learned in the challenge will be a huge help, but you’re going to have more questions 2 months or 6 months or 12 months from now. You can ask Katie anything via text, email, or a question form, and you’ll get a custom video within a few days OR a quick text answer, depending on complexity! One member asked questions about Team One Meal, dessert strategies, and even the logistics of packing a more varied lunch (“Does lunchmeat need an ice pack?”) and got a ton of value out of her membership! You ask, Katie answers. 🙂

I believe all kids can benefit from the adjustments to Attitudes, Customs and Environment, but it’s true that behavioral changes aren’t enough to completely rehabilitate very severe picky eaters. That’s why we include our resource vault, to help you connect with other professionals who work with tougher cases, and our bonuses cover many special situations. I believe this system will make at least a 10-20% improvement even for severe problem feeders, and a 70-90% improvement in how parents feel about mealtimes.

Kids Eat Real Food is composed of video lessons that are no more than 5-10 minutes long, and you also receive the audio files and transcripts, so you can consume the info in a way that suits your learning style best. Foundational lessons are unlocked at YOUR pace when you finish each level (no overwhelm!) and include simple summaries to keep you focused.
